My name is Albion Selimaj, and I am currently working at Ardcairn House, a student accommodation in Dublin.
I work in administration, where my main responsibilities include registering packages for students, storing them, and handing them over when requested. Students also come to me if they experience issues, such as a malfunctioning heater or a problem with their key card, which they use to access their rooms. Additionally, they often request items like fresh bed sheets or a vacuum cleaner.
I believe this job is a fantastic opportunity not only to improve my English skills (and Spanish skill since 2 of my colleagues speak Spanish) but also to gain valuable experience working in another country.
Finally, I am grateful that Ardcairn House chose me to be part of their team. I look forward to the experiences and lessons I will gain in the coming days in Dublin.
